The song “Here Again” by Elevation Worship has been the anthem of my life these last few months. When life takes unexpected turns, it is hard to know what to do and how to feel. When situations occur that leave you broken and they can’t be taken back, but you are still trying to hold onto the promises that God has made you. There comes a time where you think to yourself, “I can’t take this anymore”. Then, you have to swallow the fact that you can’t control what tomorrow will bring. You almost break under the pressure and God meets you there. That is why I am so thankful for a God that is with us in the middle! We aren’t enough, but He meets us where we are. He prepares us for what is to come and reassures us as much as we need. He doesn’t leave us or forsake us! If you are in the middle of a storm, lean on Him! He has all the answers you need.
